The number of patients being seen with the flu are beginning to decline in our area, but the flu season is not over.
Hundreds of cases of the flu have been reported at Winchester Medical Center so far this season. To continue keeping the flu cases low, Lord Fairfax Health District has spent over $34,000 on flu vaccines and is still giving out flu shots.
Last weeks activity level of the flu was widespread across the state.
