Two music experts are getting a big honor for their work in Boyce in the form of Grammy nominations.

Daniel Shores, who is the head recording engineer and managing director of the studio in Boyce received one nomination for best classical engineer and one for best surround sound album.

Producer, Dan Merceruio, received a nomination for producer of the year and just last month, won a Latin Grammy. It's an honor they say they're proud to be getting.

Merceruio explained, "It's sort of the pinnacle of what you hope to achieve."

Shores added, "We're always looking for the next project and looking for the next album to do."

In addition, three of their albums were nominated in the category best chamber/small ensemble and another in the best solo instrumental category.

They'll be attending the awards show on February 10.
