Leaders in Clarke County want to hear from you when it comes to education.
The Clarke County Board of Supervisors is holding a public meeting to get your thoughts on the renovation of the former Clarke County High School. The plan is to partially consolidate the Berryville Area Elementary Schools there. It's something the school superintendent is standing behind.
Dr. Michael Murphy, the schools’ superintendent, explained, "At the old Clarke County High School campus, eventually we'd like to add grades four and five and have one Berryville Area school in the town of Berryville."
The meeting is happening Tuesday, the 19th at 6:30 p.m. in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center Main Meeting Room.
