A Frederick County judge has declared a mistrial for a local man charged with murder.
Frederick County Circuit Court says a person on the jury knew the defendant, Bradley Scott Gregory, causing the mistrial.
The tentative date for the new trial to begin is April 15th.
Bradley has been charged with first degree murder.
