If you live in Front Royal, your life might "light up" this holiday season.
The town of Front Royal is offering a Home Utility Gift Program.
If you want to help a friend out you can pay their utility bill.
You can pay the bill by applying a monetary gift to their account.
Just stop by the Front Royal Business Office on Royal Avenue and you can fill out a card that will be mailed to whoever you want to help out.
