From the Frederick County Sheriff's Office:
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office has found 24 year old white male who went missing Thursday morning from the 100 block of Buchannan Drive, Stephens City, Virginia.
James Russell Foster was last seen in his residence this morning at 4:00a.m. wearing a black jacket, purple sweatshirt with “Epilepsy Foundation” printed on the back, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
Mr. Foster was found shortly after 10 Thursday morning by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office.
