UPDATE 10:00pm Friday:
The Frederick County Sheriff's Office tells TV3 that a cruiser that was rear ended had very little damage to it.
The FCSO says, a person who had been arrested was in the back of the cruiser when it was hit from behind. They tell us that the suspect was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
The Sheriff's Office says, most of the damage was to the two other cars involved in the crash.
