An inmate who escaped from Warren County Jail's Work Release last month is back in custody.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office released the following statement:

After a two week joint investigation by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshall Service, Roy Dwayne Fincham is in custody in Howard County, Maryland.

Roy Dwayne Fincham and Tanya McCallum were taken into custody this morning in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Howard County, Maryland. Tanya McCallum was arrested on a warrant obtained by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office for aiding in the escape of an inmate committed on a felony charge.
