The design for a veteran's memorial in Stephens City has just been completed.
The town council has been working on this design for a year and have already raised nearly $10,000 dollars.
An additional $20,000 is needed to build the memorial which will be raised in fundraising efforts beginning in February.
The veteran's memorial will be located on Main street at Newtown Commons.
