The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary and larceny that occurred at The Gulf Store located at 381 Fairfax Pike on July 13, 2012.
A delivery person reported a suspected break-in on that date and deputies responded to the scene.
The manager arrived and upon taking inventory, reported that several cartons of cigarettes had been taken and that several fixtures to the property sustained damage resulting from the forced entry.
