This weeks Crime Solvers crime has to do with a felony hit and run by a motor vehicle.
The Winchester Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred on November 17, 2012 at approximately 8:58 p.m. in the area of North Loudoun St. and Piccadilly St., in the City of Winchester.
Our victim in this case was allegedly struck and the vehicle stayed at the scene for a brief time and then left prior to the police arriving.
There was no suspect vehicle description and the only description of the driver was that she was a black female.
The victim was transported to Winchester Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.
