UPDATE: Search Crews Find Missing Woman

UPDATE 5:00pm Wednesday:

A river search in Warren County has ended .

A missing woman has been found okay hours after she jumped out of a canoe and tried to swim to shore, according to emergency officials.

The fire chief tells TV3, Stephanie Haaser from Maryland was with a group of four people on a trip down the river when it happened.

Her canoe mates reported that they did not see her make to to shore.

It turns out she did and searchers found her around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon in the woods.

Warren County deputies tell TV3 that she's being charged with public intoxication.

Crews are working a water rescue in Warren County along the Shenandoah River.

It's happening along Stoney Bottom Road.

A woman is reportedly missing after jumping out of a canoe into the river.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office says AirCare has been called to do a flyover of the area and assist with the search.
