Frederick County Dispatch tells TV3 everyone escaped the house safely.

Frederick County Fire and Rescue Crews are responding to a house fire near Clear Brook.
According to dispatchers, the house involved is at 786 Payne Road in Clear Brook.
There are reports that the original call came in as a chimney fire, but it has reportedly spread to the second floor of the house.
We have a crew on the way for an update.
