Frederick County deputies are going to trial next month to settle a dispute about overtime pay they say they never got.
More than 50 current and former Frederick County deputies are suing the county for overtime they worked for over a period of three years. Last fall, the county offered about $73,000 dollars to cover the expenses.
The deputies' lawyers said that wasn't enough. Now a U.S. District Judge has ordered a trial with a jury of seven starting March 25th.
