The Clarke County Sheriff's Office is looking for someone described as a Hispanic male around 20-years-old with a shaved head and goatee.
Sunday, Winchester Medical Center told the sheriff's office that the suspect reportedly shot a 19-year-old man in the leg at the public boat ramp known as Lockes Landing along the Shenandoah River.
The victim, whose injuries are not life-threatening, said the shooter was about 5' 10" tall weighing about 180 pounds and was last seen wearing a white shirt with black "Dickey" style shorts. He was also said to be driving a grey or dark-colored Chevy Avalanche.
