The trial for a man accused of smuggling untaxed cigarettes through Winchester has been continued to March sixth.
Heng Ping Li was arrested last month for allegedly smuggling 480 cartons of cigarettes and more than $5,000 in cash through Winchester.
The untaxed cigarettes were seized by the Winchester Police Department. It's an illegal business that generates billions of dollars a year just in Virginia from the sale of untaxed cigarettes. Li is charged with possession of untaxed cigarettes.
