Frederick County Dispatchers say the scene is cleared. They report several injuries, but no word on the number of people injured. Those injured were transported to Winchester Medical Center.

Dispatchers with Frederick County Sheriff's Office report a car accident on Route 50 westbound, near the Red Roof Inn.
Dispatchers say Frederick County crews are on the scene at 991 Millwood Pike. They say there are two people possibly trapped and crews are working to get them out.
They're estimating two or three cars involved. No update yet on any injuries.
Crews were dispatched at 5:37 p.m. and are still on the scene. Check back for more updates.
