WASHINGTON (AP) -- The health care overhaul continues to take
center stage with President Barack Obama still trying to nail down
enough votes to pass it.

Obama is set to head to northeast Ohio today with another sales
pitch for a bill the top Democratic vote-counter in the House says still lacks enough support to pass.

Obama also appears ready to reverse his position and allow unpopular deal-sweetening measures in the hopes of finding Democratic support for legislation whose future will be decided in
coming days.

Obama plans to visit Strongsville, Ohio. That's the home of cancer patient Natoma Canfield, who wrote the president that she gave up her health insurance after it rose to $8,500 a year. Obama repeatedly has cited that letter from a self-employed cleaning worker to illustrate the urgency of the massive overhaul.
