One of the suspects in last week's Handy Mart robbery is in custody.

Daniel Antonio Rios is being held at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center without bond on robbery charges.

He is accused of robbing the Handy Mart on Millwood Pike last Friday.

Rios was taken into custody in Sunnyside. Major Robert Eckman of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office the crime solvers hotline got a tip about Rios' where-abouts.

Rios is also facing charges in Loudoun County for grand larceny of a vehicle.
