It's a sign of summer: area farmer's markets are back in business.
The Front Royal Farmer's Market kicked off this weekend in the rain. Only about half the venders came out, but the weather didn't keep customers away.
Some of the items at the farmers market include vegetables, but also homegrown eggs and jam, which almost sold out in the first hour of Saturday's market.
This farmer's market will be every Thursday and Saturday through October at the gazebo on Main Street.

It is always a good thing seeing the community coming together. I'm happy that Front Royal has a "market" again and look forward to shopping it each week. If anyone hasn't gone yet please do, support the local farmer and local merchants. It builds communities.
