Clarke County Sheriff Tony Roper has confirmed that the body found at a home in Lost City, WV is that of Kayleigh Plamondon.
Authorities performed a multi-day autopsy to come to that conclusion.
Plamondon went missing in Clarke County last week. Her ex-boyfriend, Justin Slater, has been questioned in her disappearance. Slater has admitted to authorities that he killed Plamondon. No charges have been filed.
Slater is facing charges of killing his brother, Gregory Scott Slater, Jr. A Frederick County judge denied him bond Thursday.

Quit blaming the dad, he lost a son too, by the hands of his other son!! Dont you think he suffers enough! The police will not make a move unless a crime is committed, and hearsay is not enough. If you had ever experienced this you would know! Have you ever called for someone abusing themselves? or threatening to kill themselves? They will ask you what marks they have made on themselves, if there arent any there is nothing they can do!!

folks...it seems the father did try to help his son by taking him to the emergency room at Winchester Medical Center. They released him; whether or not he made this comment to his father after his release is the question? Not to point the finger at any one source but, do a little research on the recent deaths by human hands in the Winchester area and you will find a "common thread" Winchester Medical Center!! When do they become apart of the investigatons for releasing a mentally unstable patient??? God bless all the families who have experinced a loss.
