A minor motorcycle accident has sent one girl to the hospital.

Shortly after 2 p.m. Sunday, 20-year old Tiffany Kent lost control of her street bike, dumping it on the side of Cedar Creek Grade in Frederick County.

Kent was taken to Winchester Medical Center with minor injuries.

Cedar Creek Grade was shut down to one lane of traffic as the scene was cleaned up.
