We know Strasburg High School is home of the Rams, but it won't be home to new principal Karen Spillman this year.
The newly hired Strasburg High School Principal resigned a little more than a week before the first day of the school year.
Shenandoah County Superintendent Keith Rowland has confirmed that Spillman has resigned because of personal health reasons.
She served 15 days before handing in her resignation.
That resignation will not be official until the school board approves it.
The board hired Spillman back in July.
She had previously worked as an administrator with Prince William County public schools.
