The Winchester-Frederick County Convention and Visitors Bureau is looking for a few good partners to advertise in the 2009 Virginia Travel Guide.
It is the official travel guide for the state of Virginia. The guide features local tourist attractions in their Shenandoah Valley section.
The visitors bureau will sell listings to stakeholders in the area, like restaurants, hotels and tourist attractions.
They want to have a strong presence of Winchester and Frederick County in the guide.
"Our for-profit attractions, like if you're in to something that attracts tourists, and you think you want to have a presence in there, please come talk to us, because tourists have a variety of interests when they come here, so we want to make sure we cover all the bases," says Natalie Wills, Executive Director of The Winchester-Frederick County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Non-profit attractions get a free listing in the guide. If you are interested in listing your business as a tourist attraction in Winchester or Frederick County, call 540-542-1326 or email wills@visitwinchesterva.com.
