Two women are behind bars tonight, in connection with Tyler Binsted's murder.
Thursday, police arrested 19 year-old Zsabriela Evelyn Williams and LaPrecious Nicole Austin.
Binsted, a Shenandoah County native, was shot and killed in a Richmond city park in March.
Williams is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and Austin is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
Also behind bars, 17 year-old Howard Reed Scott III. Richmond police say he was arrested the day Binsted was killed.
Scott is charged with murder and two counts each of robbery and the use of a firearm in a felony.
