Friday night is your last chance to view the Galleries at Night this season at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley.
From 7 p.m. until 9 p.m., you can take a special tour of the Julian Wood Glass Jr. Gallery.
The gallery consists of paintings collected by Glen Burnie's last resident, Julian Glass, Jr., from all around the world.
You won't just be looking at paintings. On Friday, the paintings will come to life.
"We have costumed actors coming in, interpreting the paintings, the artists, the subjects of the paintings," explained Julie Armel of the MSV.
"Really encouraging families, youth in particular, to realize that what you see in this two-dimensional painting is a real person, was a real person just like us, at some point in history."
This event is designed for the whole family. There will also be a children's art activity and an art appreciation program in the reception hall.
