A West Virginia man has been indicted on nine felony counts, in connection with a shooting in Frederick County back in March.
On Thursday, a Frederick County grand jury indicted 26-year-old Brian David Crawford, of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, with multiple felony counts.
They include:
Two felony charges of attempted capital murder of a law enforcement officer.
Two felony charges of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer.
Two felony charges of grand larceny.
One felony charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
One felony charge of breaking and entering.
One felony charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Crawford was shot by Frederick County Sheriff's Deputies on March 28th, when they tried to arrest him at a residence in Gore.

The deputies shot back, and Crawford was wounded during the exchange.
