We now know the answer to the question, "Who Has the Winning Lottery Ticket?"

On Friday morning, Virginia Lottery officials presented Sushil Thapa of Winchester with his prize- $1,000 per week for the rest of his life.

The winning ticket was tucked away in a book that belonged to his wife.

The winning numbers...4, 10, 11, 13, 31, and 41 were drawn on November 24th.

The ticket was purchased at Gas Mart on North Frederick Pike in Winchester.
