The businesses at Stephens Industrial Park in Front Royal are getting a new neighbor.

Atlantic Skyline, an exhibit design and construction company, is opening a brand new facility in Front Royal next spring.

Atlantic Skyline's Front Royal warehouse will boast nearly 80,000 square feet.

The most impressive new addition to the Warren County community will be the new jobs that are created from this project.

On Tuesday, company executives and representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Authority and Board of Supervisors broke ground on the site where Atlantic Skyline's new warehouse will stand.

The addition of this warehouse will bring the corporation's total warehouse space to more than 200,000 square feet.

Atlantic Skyline CEO David Beach says that the potential for company growth will provide new opportunities for job seekers in Warren County.

"We've been growing about 20 percent a year over the last 20 years, and so we are adding people all the time. So that was one of the reasons why we decided on Warren County, is so we could have a good labor pool to draw from," said Beach.

The new facility will manufacture and house portable, modular and custom trade show booths, exhibits and displays.

The warehouse is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2008.
