Spring Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. olive oil
  • 2 oz. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 oz. brown sugar
  • 2 oz. red wine
  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 ramp, diced
  • 4 wild onions, diced
  • 2 parsley tops, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.



    2. Enjoy on your favorite salad greens.
