A side street in Winchester is partially closed to make way for yet another utility improvement project.

A section of Indian Alley is closed near Wolfe Street.

Crews are working on replacing the gas line. This is the beginning phase of the Indian Alley improvement project. This line needs to be replaced before the City begins redoing underground water and sewer lines.

You can still use Indian Alley to get to businesses located on that street.
