A New Jersey mom arrested for allegedly bringing her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning booth where the little girl was reportedly burned.

Authorities say 44-year-old Patricia Krentcil took her daughter into a stand-up tanning booth without the staff knowing. She's now charged with child endangerment.

New Jersey law bans kids under the age of 14 from using tanning salons.

Krentcil is disputing the charges saying her daughter burned while playing outside.
