Here are the forecasts for this weekend's race activities:

NASCAR Nationwide Series - Watkins Glen on Saturday at 2 p.m. ET on TV3 (ABC).  Low pressure will start to move away from the region on Saturday, allowing some dry air to work its way in.  Some morning clouds will give way to partly sunny skies in the afternoon, but there is still a 30% chance of a shower or thunderstorm.  The temperature at race time will be around 83 degrees.

NASCAR Sprint Cup - Watkins Glen on Sunday at Noon ET on ESPN.  Practice Friday afternoon may be threatened by showers and thunderstorms as low pressure moves across the area.  The temperature will be around 80 degrees on Friday.  Some clouds may linger on Saturday morning for qualifying, but the trend is for conditions to dry out.  The temperature will be around 76 for qualifying.  Sunday will be better with a bit more sunshine, but there is still a 30% chance of a pop-up shower.  The temperature will be a comfortable 80 degrees at race time.

Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series - Watkins Glen on Saturday at 6 p.m. ET on SPEED.  It will partly cloudy for the Rolex race Saturday evening.  There could be a passing thundershower.  The temperature will be around 83 degrees at the green flag.
