NASCAR Forecasts 9/8
Here are the forecasts for this weekend's NASCAR activities:
NASCAR Nationwide Series - Richmond on Friday (9/9) at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN 2. The remains of Lee will start to weaken and move away from the area, but warm and humid conditions will persist. A 40% chance of a few passing showers and storms will linger, otherwise it will be partly cloudy. The afternoon high will approach 87 degrees. By race time, the temperature will be around 82 degrees.
NASCAR Sprint Cup - Richmond on Saturday (9/10) at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Saturday is shaping up to be a nice day as some slightly drier air moves into the area. Look for sunshine along with a few clouds and an afternoon high around 87 again. At the green flag, the temperature will be around 79 degrees.
