Here are the forecasts for this weekend's NASCAR activities:
NASCAR Nationwide Series - Richmond on Friday (4/29) at 7:30 p.m. ET on SPEED. After a very stormy Thursday, conditions will improve nicely just in time for the weekend. Some clouds will mix in with sunshine during the day Friday as some slightly cooler air filters in with breezy conditions. The daytime highs will be in the lower 70s. By the green flag, expect mostly clear conditions with the temperature around 68 degrees.
NASCAR Sprint Cup - Richmond on Saturday (4/30) at 7:30 p.m. ET on FOX. Conditions will be nice for qualifying on Friday as high pressure takes control over the region. Look for mostly sunny skies and a temperature in the lower 70s. The great weather continues into Saturday with more sunshine. The temperature will climb to 75 in the afternoon. At the green flag, expect pleasant conditions with a temperature around 66 degrees.
