NASCAR & ALMS Forecast 3/17
Here are the forecasts for this weekend's race activities:
NASCAR Nationwide Series - Bristol on Saturday (3/19) at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN. There may be some clouds around, especially early on Saturday, as a weak cold front passes through the region. A few showers are possible early, but most of the day will be dry and partly cloudy. At the start of the race, expect a temperature around 68 degrees.
NASCAR Sprint Cup - Bristol on Sunday (3/20) at 1 p.m. ET on FOX. Conditions look nice for qualifying on Friday afternoon with plenty of sunshine! The temperature will be around 73 degrees. On Sunday expect more clouds than sun. A passing shower can't be ruled out, so keep an eye to the sky. The temperature will be a tad cooler around 64 degrees at the start of the race.
American LeMans Series - Sebring on Saturday (3/19) at 10:30 a.m. ET on ESPN3.com. Coverage will be televised on ABC on Sunday at Noon ET. It's time for the kickoff of the ALMS season with the 12 Hours of Sebring. At the green flag, expect plenty of sunshine with a temperature around 68 degrees. Mostly sunny skies will continue through the afternoon as the temperature rises to around 85. Clear skies will continue after sunset, and the temperature will drop close to 67 degrees for the checkered flag.
