Pink and green can be seen all throughout Winchester as the Bloom takes over the streets.
One local woman wanted to make sure everyone's doors were welcoming for the Bloom, including her own.
Cathy Lawler made 20 Apple Blossom Wreaths. They were sold at the Apple Blossom Store. Lawler decided two weeks ago that she needed one for herself and got all her supplies out. She says it took her about an hour to make her wreath.
Her house in Winchester is decked out in Bloom decorations. "I try to be festive, and sometimes my kids say 'don't overdue it mom,' but I enjoy doing it and I love pink and green and I love my wardrobe of pink and green. Everyday I have something laid out and ready to wear for the week," says Lawler.
There are only two of Lawler's wreaths left at the Apple Blossom Store. She says she loves the Bloom because it's a great time for the community to get together.
